A DRAGONS’ Den contestant has been charged with sex attacks on three young girls.

Richard Hazell, 48, allegedly targeted the primary-age kids at pool parties he threw for youngsters at his £1.2million home.

Last night the married dad was in custody awaiting trial on three counts of sexual assault.

The businessman appeared on the BBC2 show in 2007 after inventing a diamond drill bit.

He runs a company called 365 Drills and offered the dragons a ten per cent stake for £100,000 of investment.

They turned him down.

Hazell, of Hoddesdon, Herts, who is wed to Philippa, 44, is also charged with taking an indecent photo of one of the children.

He is due to appear at St Albans crown court in March.
