A convicted armed robber with 17 aliases has been charged with sex trafficking after allegedly holding a group of young women – including two children– in his Detroit home.

Richard Knider Jackson, 67, appeared in federal court where it was claimed he forced the vulnerable women into prostitution after getting them hooked on heroin.

The court heard the known felon kept two teenage kids aged 15 and 16 against their will along with two 21-year-olds and a 31-year-old woman.

Detroit Free Press reports that Jackson listed the women for sex work on escorting site Backpage.com while imprisoning them in his basement and the second floor of his house which was locked shut with a steel gate.

The crooked pensioner has reportedly been in and out of prison his entire adult life and has previously been convicted of drug possession, assault and armed robbery.

Authorities revealed that Jackson would recruit young woman to his home in the city’s South Electric Street where he would allegedly get them hooked on hard drugs.

However, the depraved operation was busted on Thursday when the teens escaped through his bathroom window at 1pm local time with the help of one of the other women.

The two terrified kids then called 911 before vanishing, according to FBI Special Agent Michael Glennon.

The pair of teens have yet to be located.

When the FBI, flanked by Detroit cops, raided the horror home they found a black steel gate with a padlock at the top of the stairs.

Jackson allegedly held the some of the women in that gated floor while others were kept in his basement.

Glennon confirmed that based on interviews with the women they had been held there for “long periods of time.”

He said: “They often gave them heroin just long enough to have them addicted.

“Once (they were) addicted, Jackson and his associates began making the girls do commercial sex dates and move drugs for them.”

The cruel pimp would allegedly beat the girls if they refused to do his bidding.

Investigators reportedly recovered Jackson’s cell phone which contained evidence linking him to the sex trafficking charge.
